- Read the specification, total, tax, delivery and warranty terms.
- Accept the quote after reviewing the store policies.
- Choose Pay confirmed quote when enabled.
- Complete Razorpay checkout and wait for the verified result.
The amount comes from Attral’s server. Available payment methods are displayed by Razorpay and may vary. Account creation and quote requests never charge you.
Understand the result
- Payment received: Razorpay confirmed capture; your order is marked paid.
- Processing: check your account and contact support before retrying.
- Failed or cancelled checkout: check your bank and account. If money was debited, contact support before paying again.
- Refund: see the refund policy. Support can provide the refund reference when available.
Keep credentials private
Enter payment credentials only in Razorpay checkout. Attral support will not ask for your Google or banking password, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN. Never approve an unexpected payment request to receive a refund.
Receipts and invoices
Keep your Razorpay payment reference and order number. Contact support for a payment acknowledgement or any applicable invoice for your confirmed order.
