Scope
These terms apply to this website, account access, product enquiries and confirmed store orders. A separately agreed service scope or product-specific quote forms part of the applicable order.
Accounts
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and only place orders you are authorised to make. Google sign-in and verified email registration are available. Account creation is free.
Specifications and quotes
Catalogue images and configurations are reference information. Availability, compatibility, specifications, pricing, taxes, shipping and estimated timelines are confirmed in writing. A request is not an accepted order. Review the final quote before accepting and paying.
Payment and confirmation
Available payment options are shown by Razorpay checkout when enabled. An order is marked paid only after server-side confirmation of a captured payment. A bank debit or closed checkout window alone does not confirm receipt by Attral. Check your account or contact support if the result is unclear.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
The shipping policy and returns, cancellations and refunds policy apply with your accepted quote. Contact us before changing a paid specification or returning a battery pack.
Warranty and safe use
Warranty coverage and exclusions are supplied with the quote. Use products within confirmed operating limits and installation instructions. Design tools and reference files require competent engineering review before manufacture or installation; they do not certify a finished product.
Fair use and rights
Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access. You retain ownership of your submitted project information. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
