Information we collect
We collect the name, email, contact and delivery details you provide; project specifications; quote and order records; support messages; and payment references and status. We maintain security and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect the service.
Accounts and sign-in
Google sign-in shares your verified email, name and Google account identifier with Attral. We do not receive your Google password. Email/password accounts use email verification and a securely hashed password. Administrator access also uses an authenticator.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support sign-in, protect forms and link Google sign-in to your browser. If you choose “Remember this device”, a cookie remembers authenticator verification for up to 30 days. It does not replace account sign-in. Your bag and saved products may be stored in your browser.
How we use information
We use it to create accounts, prepare quotes, fulfil approved orders, arrange delivery, provide support, send service messages and prevent fraud or spam. Optional marketing requires separate subscription confirmation and includes an unsubscribe option.
Service providers
Razorpay processes online payments. Payment credentials are entered in Razorpay checkout; Attral stores transaction references and status, not card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. Google provides sign-in and reCAPTCHA. Mail, hosting and delivery providers receive the information needed for their work. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and requests
We keep records while needed to provide the service, handle support and disputes, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Request access, correction or deletion through support. Some order and payment records must be retained where required. We may verify your identity before acting.
