Delivery availability
Battery transport depends on chemistry, energy rating, packaging, destination and carrier acceptance. Submit your delivery PIN or postal code with your request. We confirm service availability before issuing a payable quote; international or nationwide delivery is not assumed.
Dispatch and transit times
Products are quoted to specification, so there is no single dispatch time for every pack. Your final written quote states the estimated dispatch or completion window, approval milestones and estimated transit time. Review these dates before payment. Custom-manufactured items are not promised for immediate delivery.
Charges and tracking
Delivery charges and taxes are included or separately itemised in the final quote. Tracking is available in your account once dispatched. Keep delivery and contact details accurate.
Delays and issues
Contact support with your order reference if an agreed window is missed or tracking is unclear. We will review the shipment and available resolution, including cancellation or refund where applicable under the order terms and your legal rights.
Damaged packages
Stop using a potentially damaged pack, retain its packaging and contact us promptly with photographs if safe to obtain. Do not send a battery through a carrier without agreed return instructions. See the returns policy.
